First thing's first, below are my hours. Prior to reaching out, ensure my schedule will work with yours.
And... here are my policies, which I have established over the past ten years while working in the hair industry. Thank you for understanding and respecting the way I manage my business.
NEW GUESTS (JUST CUT / BLOWDRY):
This deposit currently only pertains to new customers.
There is a one time new client deposit required to schedule blowdry or haircut to ensure that your commitment to the appointment matches mine.
NEW COLOR GUESTS:
Currently Booking Color Appointments 5-8 Weeks Out
These fees / deposits currently only pertain to new customers.
Before booking, there are specific one-time requirements that must be fulfilled to ensure that your commitment to the appointment matches mine.
These are the following steps in brief:
1. Consultation + consultation fee
2. Scheduling a hair appointment with deposit
3. The hair appointment (where the deposit is deducted)
In detail below:
If you're looking to book a chemical service -- this means any color, highlights, Brazilian Blowout, toner, balayage, gray blending, baby lights etc... a consultation is required before moving forward with a color service.
A 30-minute, in-person consultation is necessary, with a fee of $25.
If you anticipate requiring extra time to go over your hair goals, extended sessions can be arranged for an additional fee.
Please note that the fee is nonrefundable in case of a missed appointment. However, it can be transferred once with a 48-hour notice.
During your consultation, if you choose to book a color appointment, a $100 deposit is required.
The deposit is deducted from the color service, non-refundable but transferable once. Please note, failure to show up to the color appointment will result in non-rebooking.
